I have only ever used a Mac. The few times I've had to use pc's. I thought the keys were cheesy, the GUI ugly, bit-mappy and not easy to manuver around. You pay more for apples because you're getting a high quality product. For a few years I used a G3 powerbook pismo. Until it was stolen from my car. I wanted to get a similar-sized computer. I also didn't want to pay 2500 for a G4 powerbook. This one was it. OSX is a way different animal than the older OS's. I like it. So far I have had no problems. Even my dialup seems to work faster. DVD viewing is great as well. Overall a pleasant experience!

I used to have bad opinion about Apple computers but a friend of mine talked me into buying one of these and my opinion changed as soon as I pushed the power button. Ibook is just right notebook for everyone who needs a good computer which won't fail him. There's also no problem with viruses which is a great plus for these computers. Ibook is definitely the right choice!
