What program can I use on a 2005 Mac iBook (OSX) to make an invoice?

I am trying to send one out but need to know which way to do this or if I need to go to say Kinkos?

Hello, here is list of software you can try for invoicing purpose, some are free:

Also: For simple things like this I usually set up a spreadsheet in Excel/Numbers. You could do the same in Keynote/Powerpoint or Word/Pages or their open source equivalents. Takes a little bit of time but you end up with a template that exactly suits your purpose, and you have full control over how it works.

To create an invoice you can use any word processor or even spreadsheet program. If you have MS Office this would be Word and Excel. If you are open-sourcey, try Open Office. If you have a gmail account (or want to get one) you can also try google docs, which has a decent spreadseet app that you can try.

If you are looking for good examples of invoices, try this: http://www.smartdraw.com/specials/invoice-forms.htm
It's free, and has several templates that you can fill in and print.

If what you're asking is how to electronically send it:

google docs has the option to Share a document. this sends an email to the recipient (the person you're invoicing) and links to the document online. they can print it, etc.
